

To me good speed and forward firing torps! For some reason the Bots ignored me zipping about. I got a T 3 DD and tried to get the 200 points. For Clan Navel battle we needed points in German DD. She's slow, but she doesn't have faster BBs at that tier to compete with.with her I'm at 53% and 1.25 k/d.I am still a new player, just over a month, and mostly play co-op. The guns are a bit wonky, but very serviceable. Albert.She's tanky because of the sturdy design, which bounces lots of shots down at T3. Then there's my other fave at low tier-the K. The guns are extremely dinky but it doesn't matter. That's way out in front of my WR with any ship.basically she works because she's got 7.5km torps-completely unmatched by anything at T3, and well beyond her conceal. I have a 61% WR in her with a k/d of 1.06. Then there's the quirky little C-town, which I would play more except pretty much all the play bonuses on WG are T5 and up, so I only play low tier from time to time. Some ships just don't do well in my hands, but the numbers show I really tried.I had WR with them of about 47% and a k/d below 0.5. The Tirpitz and the Ishizuchi I eventually stopped playing. The low caliber of the guns is more than offset by the unparalleled 20s reload, and of course the pedoes don't hurt.

The Scharn is my most played BB (I play DDs a great deal more, Scharn is my 5th most played ship overall because there's 4 DDs ahead of her).there's really no downside to the Scharn in my view-it's just an overall tophole design.
